Our teams have focused on these issues as a top organizational priority and have been making improvements to restore the system to normal performance expectations. | 1/26/2012 5:10 PM | | There is an issue in our Adobe Connect system where files, such as PDF or PowerPoint presentations, fail to upload into an Adobe Connect room and an error message appears. Previously uploaded files are still available, but adding new ones results in an error message. As a workaround, you can still share your desktop in order to show files to the Connect room.
There have also been reports of sluggish performance in Connect.
Our team is working to solve this problem and will be completing repairs on Friday, January 27th at 10pm. During this time, Adobe Connect may not be available.

· Blackboard from AMC,
· Monitoring systems,
· File servers hosted by IT Services,
· Internet from AMC
· Voice over IP (VOIP) telephones,
· Employee Portal (My.CU) and Student Portal (CUAccess), from AMC
· VPN to AMC.
Areas that should be available include but are not limited to:
· IT Services’ phone system at AMC (303-724-xxxx) and DC (303-315-xxxx, 303-352-xxxx, 303-556-xxxx)
· Blackboard will be available from all locations EXCEPT AMC,
· Server Wilson will be available from all locations EXCEPT AMC,
· VPN to DC.
Date of Outage: Wednesday December 29, 2010
Time of Outage: 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Reason for Outage: Network Services is upgrading the AMC data network core supervisor engines to increase performance and reliability.
